Tuesday, July 05, 2005 - The College of Education and Human Development at Texas A&M University is in the vanguard of universities in the use of innovative technology to assist students. One of the best examples is the i-Folio system created by the college's eEducation group and which produces a virtual portfolio system, providing much more information than ordinary resumes, thus helping students be in better positions to secure top teaching jobs. May 31, 2005 - As new students begin strolling through campus over the next few weeks, the College of Education and Human Development must prepare to accommodate the large number of education students who will join their preservice teaching family in the fall. It is for this reason the i-Folio development team, which assists students with the creation of their electronic portfolios, is looking to accommodate the growing number of students serviced each semester.
